Poetry

 I have written poetry and songs since I was around eight years old. I inherited my interest in writing from my father who wrote a number of songs and poems during his lifetime. Some of which he had put to music. Unfortunately no artist picked up his work for recording not for lack of trying. I remember him sending them off to various publishing and recording companies only for their eventual return accompanied by a short letter. 'Thank you for submitting but your work is not what we are looking for at this time.'

Most of my original work and also my fathers were lost in a house fire in 1985.
